How long have you been doing this and how did you become a
Bride Attraction Expert?
When I was a young girl, I was taken to a lot of weddings…I was from a big family! I remember coming home in the car and saying to my parents that the bride and groom, especially the bride, didn’t seem to enjoy the wedding. I then grew up and became a catwalk model for 20 years and towards the end of my career, agencies asked me to train their models to look and feel more confident, which I did. I was invited on many TV programmes like Britain’s Next Top Model, Make Me A Supermodel, How to Look Good Naked and many others as an expert and a judge.
In the past 8 years I trained as a hypnotherapist with Paul McKenna and now have a successful practice on Harley Street in London. I realised if I brought my modelling and therapeutic skills together I could enable brides to look and feel good inside and out so that they could totally enjoy the planning of their wedding and their wedding day.
That’s when I created the business The Bridal Coach and I haven’t looked back! I have received great press and brides are very excited to have a go to person to help them through their small and large issues around managing their emotions and looking fabulous on their big day!
Who do you work with exactly?
I work with all brides from the most intimate wedding to the grandest wedding. I also work with the groom if he is in need of learning how to feel more confident and make the wedding speech more comfortable and easy for him. I also work with the family as a mediator if there are issues that require a third party to get involved and resolve.
What really sets you apart from other Wedding Marketing Experts?
As far as I know, I am the only Bridal Coach in the world, which makes me totally unique! I know there are others giving advice and guidance but I do that as well as work with the bride to show her how to work with the camera to get the best photos, how to prepare yourself and your room to get yourself feeling totally calm and confident before you walk up the aisle. (and of course I do this with a LOT of compassion, humour, fun and encouragement)!
I have a hands-on approach work with the bride and her bridal party (if she wishes) to get the best results.
I photograph her, upload the photos and show her how she looks in photos and what she can do to improve herself in photos.
I teach her techniques and secrets of the supermodels to enable her to feel more relaxed, more confident and have a more enjoyable wedding experience.

Are your services and products affordable for all brides to buy and learn from?
Of course! I have free products and products starting at £5 and, some of our programs go into the thousands. It all depends on the investment you want to make in yourself and where you are in the planning.
No bride is left behind. There is something for everyone and I even offer a free Tip of the Day everyday on Twitter and Facebook. So follow me for some golden nuggets of advice for you and your wedding.
Who do you work best with? What is expected of me?
The Bridal Coach workshops, coaching products and programs are created for brides who are extremely excited and serious about creating the most calm and enjoyable wedding feeling confident about every decision they have to make. They are created for people who want real results and take a no-excuses approach to creating the wedding of their dreams!
As I am an enthusiastic and high-achiever myself, I’m known to work best with other high achievers who want to take control of their wedding and know exactly what steps to take to get the wedding you want.
The products and programs are action learning courses. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. I will give you the recipe, but you absolutely must follow it to get the results you desire. There are no more excuses standing in your way. It just takes thinking differently about your wedding, while receiving the full support of an expert mentor.
Who is NOT going to benefit from working with me?
Please know that I’m very selective in who I work with. Sometimes I must (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It’s not fair to these people either.)
The Bridal Coach products are NOT for those who don’t understand the value of taking control of their emotions and learning how to manage them to feel calm, confident and in control of their wedding from start to finish.
If you feel like this may describe you, don’t worry. That’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been there at some point, but do yourself a favour.

Another type of person I won’t work with (without exception) is the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as the victim who consistently makes excuses, blames others for her troubles, or challenges every single aspect of the program, product or workshop. If you are one of these people, I respectfully ask that you do not call or email to join our programs, and I hope that you understand why. We’ll probably not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair to ask?
Do you take credit cards and do you have a payment plan?
Yes. We happily accept all major credit cards. That’s how we do most of our business actually. And, we also offer payment plans for many of our workshops and programs for your convenience.
